New Aviation Age In India

Indian Aviation sector is on a continuous booming process for the last 2 years. It is estimated to grow by 25% per year for the next five years. Various new players are gearing up to invest in this flourishing sector. Earlier there were only three airlines operating in India, but now the number has moved up to 10, each receiving huge profits.

The competition is such that each is trying to attract customers with many exciting offers. Spicejet offers air tickets starting with a mere Rs. 99. There are many acquisition happening around which is expected to go up in future. After acquisition of Air Sahara by Jet Airways it changes its name to JETLITE which started flying from August 2007. Air Deccan too is flying with Kingfisher color.

Kingfisher wants to capture the economy class air travelers using Air Deccan with new refined service. You may have noticed the growth in aviation sector in the last few years. Many new airlines like Spicejet, IndiGo Airlines, Paramount Airways, Go Air have arrived in market with different amenities and flavor to grab the attention of the prospective and existing clientele.

Now the fight is for being best Budget Airlines in India. That\'s why the difference between fair of 1st class railway and the Airlines becomes very close. Still all airliners are running quite profitably owing to the revolution in travel industry. No doubt, travelers are the gainers with more options and comfort and that too at budget price. So let\'s watch the new aviation age in India.
