So although we often perceive sleep medications as a cure, this is surely not the way to go. Sleeping pills are addictive and in time your body will build tolerance. Furthermore long term use of sleep medication will only case rebound insomnia, which is far more difficult to treat.

Cures are not sleeping pills, but don\'t be disappointed. There are far more effective ways at dealing with insomnia which are far safer and natural. What\'s more they can provide a permanent solution because they often tackle the root cause and the symptoms simultaneously.
