This is often why people don\'t look past a pharmacy, any signs of sleeplessness they\'re off to see the doctor about getting a prescription. They don\'t bother looking further, why would they? They have the answer already - or so they think.

Lack of sleep education is a big problem that needs to be addressed. People need to be told how to improve insomnia and how to prevent it from developing. They also need to be told the truth about sleep medication. However at the end of the day it really is your responsibility to learn about sleep and to educate yourself about sleep medication.
