Breast Cancer and Affirmation
Call it what you will: affirmations, self-talk, it doesn\'t matter. You must do it 3-5 times a day, out loud, and in front of a mirror! Yes a mirror. This helps create the emotion that will help strengthen these new connections.
Breast cancer and using the right affirmation can definitely speed up the recovery to more healthy state of mind and body.
Affirmations must be in the form of positive. By this I mean never ask for what you don\'t want. Concentrate on what you do want. Make your affirmations in the form of positive and in a present time. Such as, in case of wanting to stay healthy, instead of saying, \"I will be healthy!\" change this affirmation to, \"I am healthy!\" Notice also that this must be in the present tense.
Here are some affirmations examples:
I create exactly what I want!
Breast cancer no longer in my life!
I commit to staying healthy!
I am bigger than any problem!
I am grateful for everything I have.
Day by day I become happier and more satisfied.
With every inhalation I fill myself with happiness.
Love fills my life.
The power of the Cosmos fills my life with love.
The powerful and vital energy of the Cosmos flows and fills my body and mind.
Healing energy is constantly filling every cell of my body.
I always stay calm and in control of myself in every situation and in all circumstances.
I am having a wonderful, happy, and fascinating day today.
Now that you have examples of affirmations, you can create your own affirmation according to your needs and wants.
With much Love, Laughter and Positive Affirmation,
